Why don't most overweight people work out?


Many overweight people think once they are out of shape and can't workout over 2/3 of the U.S adults are overweight in 2001-2004.

People don’t work out because most of them are lacking motivation. Most of the overweight people in our world who try to work out they have no one to there to keep them exercising. When you have no one to motivate you, you don’t have anyone to go work out with you so, you wouldn’t be as bored. Also when no one is there they see themselves as fat and they cant do it. When they think they can’t do it, they will never start working out.

Another reason most people stop working out is because once they start working out they don’t see any changes with their body at all, so that stops them from trying and they end up quitting. When they don’t see dramatic changes in their body they get depressed and stop working out. If someone was there to keep them going they could wait at least a couple weeks to start seeing the changes that would keep them exercising. When people aren’t seeing changes while they are depressed they start to gain more weight. People who want to gain weight are more concerned about how they look on the outside. Therefor, when they think they don't look good on the outside they go on diets or do dramatic things that don't help you lose weight.

For example a boxer named Floyd Mayweather Jr. has numerous workout routines. Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a very physical boxer who has always been in shape with his workouts. Floyd's workout plan also got him a winning record with a record of 39-0-0. Floyd's workouts consists of two different kinds of jump rope, alternate footing, and the cross over. This workout also consists of the medicine ball catch, heavy bag and speed bag punching
and also jumping jacks. This routing will help many overweight people get in shape and build great stamina for working out.
